Elementary/Middle School-HDS Partnership

  1. We are the proud sponsors of the 2017 and 2018 River Bend Middle School STEM Fair, and the 2019 Potowmack Elementary STEAM Fair. We plan to announce sponsorship of the STEM Innovation Expo at our newest Elementary School Partner soon.

  2. For each vehicle inflation completed and identified with the specific school code at time of purchase, a donation will be made to the beneficiary school to support STEM education and special activities. The current donation rate is $5.00 per vehicle inflation. While this donation payout amount may change, our company currently has no plans to do so.

  3. Residential customers may not use any discount coupons in conjunction with the school donation program. Do not enter any discount coupon code if you want to support a school. While coupons are very limited, our system cannot restrict coupons. If both a coupon and school is selected at time of purchase, the coupon wins and no donation is made to the school.

  4. Program customers must designate the beneficiary school at the time of service purchase.

  5. Limited areas of service apply as not all zip codes are currently being serviced.

  6. Commercial vehicles or fleets are not eligible for this program. Contact our commercial site at www.fuelandtiresaver.com and we will consider one-time gifts and special arrangements.

  7. As part of this program, FTS provides our special and patent-pending Mobile Nitrogen Tire Inflation Service complimentary to the beneficiary school’s staff and teachers. We typically provide these complimentary inflations on Tuesdays and that’s why we call it Teacher Tire Tuesday! We get as excited about helping teachers as we do when we present a donation check.

  8. Our company will only donate to registered and official 501C3 not-for-profit organizations in good standing for the sole and direct benefit of the school and its students.

  9. Donations are paid by our company to the beneficiary school quarterly or immediately upon reaching the $500 accrued donation level.

  10. This is a pilot program conceived and created by our company across the Northern Virginia region. The program is currently in trail phases throughout NoVA. Contact us at sales@fuelandtiresaver.com if you are interested in bringing a similar program to your school.
